How many hours of coverage are included?

All of our packages include full-day coverage. We’re there from the morning prep to the last dance — no need to worry about the clock.

When will we receive our photos and/or videos?

Sneak peeks are delivered within 2 weeks after your wedding. Full photo galleries are ready within 6–8 weeks, and final wedding films are delivered within 8–12 weeks. Everything is carefully edited to tell your story beautifully.

How do we book you?

To secure your date, we require a signed agreement and a deposit payment. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the wedding day.

HOW MUCH IS YOUR DEPOSIT?

All of our bookings require a non-refundable 15% deposit to secure the date. The balance will be due in full by the wedding date.

Do you travel for weddings?

Absolutely! We're based in Ontario but love to travel. Travel fees may apply for weddings outside our local area—just let us know your location and we’ll provide a custom quote.

Do you offer engagement sessions?

Yes! Engagement sessions can be added on to any package, or booked on their own. They’re a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera before the big day.

Do you offer drone footage?

Yes! Drone coverage is available under certain safety conditions.

CAN WE PICK OUR MUSIC?

We do entertain suggestions, however ultimately our team of editors will know what works best with your footage. We can certainly discuss creative vision prior to the wedding, but ultimately you are hiring us because you trust our creative process, right?

Can we customize a package?

Totally. If you have something specific in mind, let us know — we’re happy to create a custom package that fits your vision.

How are our photos and videos delivered?

You’ll receive a private online gallery for your photos, and your wedding films will be delivered through VidFlow — a beautiful, user-friendly platform where you can stream, share, and download your videos with ease.
